Radiology/Imaging

Equipped with state-of-art imaging systems, the Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging at Beijing United Family Hospital and Clinics (BJU) offers a wide range of imaging services, including digital radiography, digital mammography, MRI, GI/GU contrast studies, full-body CT scans with and without contrast, and ultrasonography (ultrasound).

The radiology team consists of three full-time physicians, four technicians, and two nurses. Service quality is a department priority, and we do our best to ensure patient satisfaction.

Radiology/Imaging Services

New instruments have recently been added to our department:

  • CT: Our Dual-Energy CT system provides faster scans with better image quality as well as a complete range of scanning capabilities, enabling coronary artery and cardiac studies.
  • MRI: Our in-house MRI service greatly increases our working efficiency.
  • Ultrasound: We provide the latest full-service ultrasound capabilities for our OB patients; with our ultrasound scans, parents can see quality images of their babies in the womb, guided by highly-trained medical professionals.

Imaging guidance

In conjunction with the Department of Surgery, we provide imaging guidance for the removal of breast lesions with minimally-invasive methods.
