Neural Medicine Center

The Neural Medicine Center of Beijing United Family Hospital is a comprehensive medical center with a multidisciplinary focus. The Center includes neurosurgery, neurology, and neuro electrophysiology and works closely with ICU and rehabilitation medicine department to carry out all-around neuro medical services, including neuro-critical illness treatment and neuro-rehabilitation. The Center is equipped with advanced medical equipment, including a hybrid operating room, intraoperative CT, intraoperative navigation, advanced operating microscope, Neuro-endoscope, DSA, and independent vascular interventional treatment division.

The Center has 5 full-time experts and doctors with senior professional titles and more than 20 part-time experts, all from Beijing’s top local hospitals, ensuring that every patient receives professional diagnosis, treatment, and services. Dr. Chang Pengfei, the director of the Center, has 40 years of medical experience working in neurosurgery both in China and abroad. The Center adopts an efficient and multidisciplinary consultation (MDT) system to provide individualized diagnosis and treatment services and is committed to building an international platform for clinical neural medicine.

The Neural Medicine Center of Beijing United Family Hospital has established a 24-hour “green channel,” with neurosurgeons and neurologists on standby for emergency treatment of cerebrovascular diseases. The green channel wins time for saving patients’ lives and reducing the mortality and disability rates.
