Biography

D.Yuan is a member of the Cerebrovascular Disease Branch and the Sleep Disorder Disease Branch of Beijing Neuropathy Society. She graduated from Xiangya Hospital of Central South University and studied under the famous Chinese neurologist Professor Tang Beisha. She studied the gene and protein function of Parkinson’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases at the State Key Laboratory of Brain and Cognition, Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and completed the chief resident training in Xiangya Hospital, obtaining the clinical Doctor degree in neurology.

Before joining Beijing United Family Hospital, she worked in the Department of Neurology, Haidian District, Peking University Third Hospital, she won the first prize in the national and Beijing Young and middle-aged physicians’ medical skills and case competitions for many times, and obtained the national second-level psychological consultant qualification.

She had been to Hong Kong and Europe for academic exchange and study, and joined Beijing United Family Hospital in 2013. She assisted in the development of sleep monitoring, electroencephalogram, electromyography, neuropsychological assessment, the establishment of headache clinic, and carried out the construction of ultra-early stroke thrombolysis and stroke green channel in Beijing United Family Hospital. Dr. Yuan once conducted EEG monitoring, sleep disorders and polysomnography monitoring in the Electrophysiological Center of Neurology Department of Xuanwu Hospital and the Sleep Center of Tsinghua Changgeng Hospital. Then she carried out the sleep monitoring in Beijing United Family Hospital.

Dr.Yuan is good at the monitoring and individualized treatment of sleep disorders, has rich clinical experience in the detailed classification and diagnosis of headache, and in the diagnosis and treatment of various types of dizziness, neuropsychological disorders, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, senile dementia, peripheral nerve diseases and cerebrovascular diseases, central nervous system infection and other diseases.
