Yanwu ZHANG

Dr. Zhang received her medical degree from Henan Medical University in 2002, and was later awarded a medical Masters degree in 2006 from Fujian Medical University. Dr. Zhang completed her residency in pediatrics medicine at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University, where she rotated through inpatient and outpatient wards, and also rotated in various sub-specialty teams including respiratory, hematology, neurology, nephrology, infectious diseases, and pediatric and neonatal intensive care units.

She developed expertise in managing conditions ranging from common diseases to pediatric intensive care, especially for sick children with neurological infectious disease or allergic diseases.

She lived in Germany for four years. In 2015 she received medical training on medical glossary and human medicine for immigrant doctors in the VIA Institute in Nürnberg.
