Dr. Juefei Feng received his MD from Peking Union Medical College in 2008. He subsequently completed his medical officer and registrar training in General Surgery at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Singapore. During his training, he also obtained his Master of Medicine in General Surgery from the National University of Singapore.
Before joining Beijing United Family Hospital, Dr. Feng worked as a surgeon in Singapore for many years. He received comprehensive and intensive surgical training in Singapore. Dr. Feng performs all kinds of general surgery. He has expertise in endoscopy; the surgical treatment of breast diseases, colorectal diseases, hemorrhoids, and hernias; thyroidectomy; cholecystectomy; and many other surgical procedures. He is also an expert in endoscopic and surgical treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding.
Dr. Feng is an accredited trauma surgeon by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma, with advanced trauma life support (ATLS) certification. He also completed definitive surgical trauma care (DSTC) training with the International Association for Trauma Surgery and Intensive Care. Dr. Feng is a core tutor at the National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Nanyang Technological University, Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.
Dr. Feng is a fully registered specialist under the Singapore Medical Council and is board-certified by the Singapore Specialist Accreditation Board. He was also elected to the position of Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (UK).
Dr. Feng speaks Mandarin, English, and Hokkien.
