Xiao YUAN

Dr. Xiao Yuan received her medical degree and medical Masters degree from Capital Medical University in 2009 and 2012 respectively. In 2014, she completed her residency where she rotated through inpatient and outpatient wards and developed expertise in managing common diseases in children and newborns. She has received awards for excellence as a result of her outstanding work.

Before joining Beijing United Family Hospital, Dr. Yuan served as a senior pediatrician at Beijing Friendship Hospital’s pediatric department. In this role, Dr. Yuan specialized in the treatment of infectious diseases, especially those affecting the respiratory systems and digestive systems of children, as well as the management of full-term and preterm newborns in the NICU.

Dr. Yuan has many years of clinical experience. In addition to her clinical practice, she is also published in prominent medical journals, including the World Journal of Pediatrics.

Dr. Yuan speaks Mandarin and English.
