Hao ZHANG

Dr. Zhang Hao is from China. She received her medical degree and master’s degree in Pediatrics from the School of Medicine at Yanbian University in China’s Jilin Province, where she graduated in 2007.

Before joining United Family, Dr. Zhang practiced at the Beijing Aiyuhua Hospital for Children and Women, where she took part in hospital administrative development. She specifically oversaw workflow planning and preparation to acquire Joint Commission International (JCI) quality accreditation, in addition to her duties as an inpatient, outpatient, and emergency medicine pediatric specialist. Before this, Dr. Zhang worked as a pediatrician and pediatric emergency specialist in Beijing at the 301 Military Hospital, later working in the same capacity for Beijing’s Aerospace Center Hospital (ASCH).

Through her rich experience, Dr. Zhang has acquired deep knowledge in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of common pediatric diseases for newborns, infants, and older children. She is especially experienced in treating pediatric blood disorders and also in helping critically ill patients recover.

Dr. Zhang is an active participant in China-wide and international academic exchange forums on Pediatrics. She has also attended training in comprehensive first-aid for newborns at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in the United States.
