Rocyl Joy Seraspe BALINAS

Dr. Rocyl Joy Seraspe Balinas received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of St. La Salle-Bacolod City, Philippines, in 2000. She completed her Medical Degree at West Visayas State University in 2005. She finished her pediatric residency training at an ISO accredited, tertiary hospital, Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital, in 2010, where she trained and worked in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), pediatric wards, Emergency Room, and outpatient clinic. While there, she also completed research and case studies in the field of Pediatrics.

Dr. Balinas is a Diplomate of the Philippine Pediatric Society. Before joining Beijing United Family Hospital and Clinics, she served at Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Hospital as a Medical Officer IV (senior Pediatrician) and a Pediatric Consultant at Doctor’s Hospital, Bacolod City, Philippines.

In January 2020, Dr. Balinas was conferred by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE) as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. This credential signifies her passion for helping mothers and babies, and to protect, promote, and support breastfeeding.
