Dr. Ding is an associate clinical professor in Orthodontics. She is the chairwoman of the 3rd Dental Center of Peking University School of Stomatology in Beijing. Dr. Ding is an active member of the World Federation of Orthodontics (WFO), European Orthodontic Society (EOS) and Chinese Orthodontic Society (COS).
Dr. Ding graduated from Peking University School of Stomatology in 1992. She received her Ph.D. degree in Osaka University (Japan) in 1997. After that she also had post-doctor training at Colorado University (USA) for one year. She returned to Peking University School of Stomatology in 2000. She worked as a visiting scholar in Medical University Hannover (Germany) from 2005 to 2006.
Dr. Ding has extensive experience in orthodontics with adults and children. She is skilled in invisible orthodontic treatment, such as lingual orthodontic appliance and Invisalign. She also experienced with functional appliance therapy and modern orthodontic techniques (mini-screw implant anchorage, self-ligation system etc.)
