• Graduated from the Japanese Medical Program of the Clinical Medicine Department at Bethune Medical University in 1997

• Worked in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Peking Union Medical College Hospital for 24 years as an associate chief physician, with over two decades of clinical practice experience
• In 2010, as part of the sixth batch of cadres aiding Xinjiang organized by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, served as the deputy director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in Urumqi for one year, and was honored with the titles of Outstanding Expert Aiding Xinjiang and Outstanding Cadre Aiding Xinjiang
