YANG, Mingyao

Dr. Mingyao Yang graduated from the Doctor of Pharmacy program at West Virginia University School of Pharmacy in 2016 and completed acute-care-focused postgraduate year one (PGY-1) pharmacy residency program at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – St. Joseph Hospital in 2017.

Dr. Yang’s expertise and clinical interests include infectious diseases as well as ICU, NICU, and labor and delivery care. As the lead preceptor (which means instructor) of Beijing United Family Hospital’s pharmacy residency program, he is dedicated to advancing the practice of Clinical Pharmacy in China.

Dr. Yang is board-certified by the American Board of Pharmacy and is a member of the American Society for Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP).

Dr. Yang speaks Mandarin and English.
