Zhangping GU

Dr. Gu received his medical degree from Shanghai Military Medical School in 1987, and was later awarded a medical Masters degree in 1993 from Military Postgraduate Medical School. Dr. Gu completed his training and research of Pediatric Orthopedics in Seattle Children’s Hospital, TSRH Hospital in USA, and KK Woman and Children’s Hospital in Singapore during  1998-2002.

Before joining Beijing United Family Hospital and Clinics, Dr.Gu served in China PLA General Hospital’s Orthopedic Department for 18years. And then Dr. Gu served in Nanjing Benq Hospital’s Orthopedic Department as a Chief Doctor and expert in Pediatric Orthopedics non-operative and operative treatment of bone and joint injuries; Conservative and surgical treatment of congenital deformities of hip dysplasia, clubfoot and tibial pseudarthrosis; Resection of bone and soft tissues.

Dr. Gu has over 20 years of clinical experience. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Gu is published in prominent medical journals, including  The Orthopedic Journal of China; Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine .
