Yuxiang CHEN

Dr. Chen Yuxiang completed his undergraduate degree at the Second Military Medical University (Shanghai) and received his medical degree from China Medical University (CMU) in Shenyang, Liaoning province. He further studied medical imaging at the Fourth Military Medical University (Xi’an, Shaanxi province). In 2004, he spent half a year as a visiting scholar at the Massachusetts General Hospital (USA).

Dr. Chen started working as an echocardiologist in Shenyang at the First Hospital affiliated with CMU. He then practiced echo cardiology at Xijing Hospital in Xi’an before returning to Shenyang 202 Hospital for six years as the Director of the Ultrasound Department. He then became the Director of the Echo Lab at the Jilin Province Heart Hospital in Changchun. Before joining BJU in 2012, he worked as the Director of the Echo Lab at the Shanghai Yodak Cardiothoracic Hospital.

Dr. Chen has had more than 20 years of experience with ultrasound and echocardiography. He is certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
