Xiaoxiao DONG

Dr. Dong received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Zhejiang University from 1997-2002. She started her postgraduate training in Periodontology in the University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Dentistry in 2003, and received the Master’s degree in dental surgery in periodontology (MDS in Periodontology) in 2005.

After graduation, she practiced in Shanghai in a private practice as a periodontal consultant. In 2008, she was appointed by the University of Hong Kong as Clinical Assistant Professor to work in the HKU-PKU joint International Postgraduate Program in Periodontology (Beijing). In 2010, she moved her focus from teaching to private practice. Dr. Dong has worked as a part-time periodontal consultant in Beijing United Family Hospital Dental Clinic since 2010.

Dr. Dong is a committee member of the Beijing Stomatological Association Society of Implantology and CSA Society of Periodontology. She is also an editorial board member of the Journal of Clinical Periodontology (Chinese version).
