Work Experience

• Spent over five years as a Resident Physician at 999 Emergency Rescue Center of Beijing Red Cross Society
• From 2009, served as Chief Physician in the Surgery Department and Associate Chief Physician in the Urology Department at Beijing Huanxing Cancer Hospital

• Research on the comprehensive treatment of urological tumors was presented at over 10 domestic and international conferences
• Presided over four provincial/ministerial-level and Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation (Shoufa Fund) research projects
• Published more than 20 SCI and core journal papers (including two papers with IF ≥ 10), and participated in the compilation of multiple guidelines and professional books
