Jean CHIN

Dr. Chin received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota and later completed her residency training at Regions Medical Center in St Paul, Minnesota. Dr. Chin is board certified in family medicine. In her over 30 year career, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including serving as medical director in Nairobi, Kenya and as an Associate Professor at the University of California, San Francisco Medical School.

Most recently she practiced as an office-based primary care physician with the Kaiser Permanente Medical Group in Seattle, Washington for five years and then with the Piedmont Hospital Physicians Group in Atlanta, Georgia for nearly 10 years. She has experience managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in children and adults. Dr. Chin enjoys teaching and was awarded a Robert Woods Johnson Teachers of Family Medicine Fellowship. She has a special interest in women’s health, preventive medicine and chronic disease management. Dr. Chin is dedicated to working together with the patient as a team to improve the patient’s health and well-being.

Dr Chin is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine.
