Biography

Dr. Song graduated from Capital Medical University in 2004. After graduation, she worked in the ICU at Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital. In 2019, she was Director of the Emergency and ICU Department of Tiantongyuan Hospital. She is a member of the Critical Care committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.
She is expert in a variety of clinical issues including endotracheal intubation, invasive and non-invasive ventilators, peripheral artery punctures, deep vein punctures, percutaneous puncture tracheotomy, PICCO and floating catheter use, and continuous hemofiltration treatment.
Dr. Song was actively involved in Beijing United Family’s COVID-19 Severe Pneumonia Department from 2022-2023. She successfully treated over 100 COVID-19 patients during that time.
She has published one Science Citation Index (SCI) article, and has received project funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Capital Medical Development Fund.
From 2019, Dr. Song has served as an HDU (High Dependency Unit) attending doctor at Beijing United Family Rehabilitation Hospital. She has experience handling critical patient rehabilitation and successfully treated a number of critical neurological rehabilitation patients.
