Regina Ho

Dr. Regina Ho received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester, her post-graduate diploma from the London School of Economics & Political Science, her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts and her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Fuller Graduate School of Psychology.

Dr. Ho has over 15 years of clinical experience serving a diverse population in hospitals, university counseling centers, substance abuse rehabilitation center, and community mental health clinics in China, the United States, and Australia.

Built on a developmental and holistic framework, Dr. Ho integrates strength-based approaches, attachment theory, and neuroscience in her treatment. Dr. Ho’s passion is to help individuals, couples and families to develop a positive sense of self and healthy satisfying relationships. Dr. Ho specializes in mood disorders, trauma recovery, and relationship work.  She is a certified EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) therapist and a Brainspotting practitioner.

Dr. Ho is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
