Caiyun CHEN

Dr. Chen received both her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Stomatology and Master’s degree in Orthodontics from the Forth Military Medical University. She later received her Doctorate in clinical stomatology from the Chinese PLA Postgraduate Medical School. She joined the Dental Clinic at Beijing United Family Hospital in 2019.

Before joining United Family Dental, Dr. Chen practiced in the stomatology department in the Navy General Hospital as an orthodontist and general dentist for eight years. She later worked at Beijing New Century Healthcare as an orthodontics and pediatric dentist for nearly two years.

Dr. Chen has extensive clinical orthodontic experience with both children and adults. She is experienced in interceptive and comprehensive orthodontic treatment with functional appliance and traditional orthodontic techniques as well as modern techniques such as self-ligating braces and invisible orthodontic treatment such as Invisalign. Dr. Chen is also skilled at communicating with children and understanding their psychology and behavior.

Dr. Chen is a member of the Chinese Stomatological Association, the Beijing Stomatological Association’s Periodontology Professional Committee and the Beijing Stomatological Association’s Oral Biomedicine Professional Committee and has written 12 papers published in various journals.
