ZHENG, Hongwei

Dr. Hongwei Zheng received her medical degree from the Medical School of Beijing University in 1993, and was later awarded a medical master’s degree in 2003 from Hannover Medical School. Dr. Zheng completed her residency in Surgery at Siloha Hospital and Qingdao Municipal Hospital in 2011, where she rotated through inpatient and outpatient wards and developed expertise in managing conditions ranging from medical emergencies to chronic disease. She has since received her residency qualifications in General Practice in both Germany and China.

Before joining Beijing United Family Hospital, Dr. Zheng served in the Medical Center Praxis Matic in Germany as a family doctor. Dr. Zheng has over 10 years of clinical experience. In addition to specializing in the treatment and diagnosis of medical emergencies, she has also completed a fellowship in psychology in Germany.

Dr. Zheng is board-certified by the German Board of Medicine and is a member of the German Medical Association.
