Biography

Dr. Yang Bin is specialized in knee replacement, hip replacement surgery, common joint surgeries, he has solid theoretical knowledge and clinical experience. He graduated from the Joint Surgery Center of the Southwest Hospital of the Army Medical University of China in 2009 with a Ph.D. & M.D. in Orthopaedics. Then he worked in the Department of Orthopaedics of the General Hospital of the General Armament Department of PLA and the Joint Surgery Department of Orthopaedics of Peking University International Hospital.

He is currently a member of the knee joint minimally invasive research group of the Chinese Society of Research Hospitals, and a standing member of the Wu Jieping Medical Foundation Orthopaedic Youth Doctors Association; and a standing member of the Regenerative Medical Technology Professional Committee of Chinese Medical Device Industry Association.

He mainly engages in the clinical and biomedical engineering research of artificial joints. He went to the Gerthoff Orthopaedic Hospital in Vienna in 2006,to the Joint Surgery Department of Baylor Medical Center in Houston of the United States in 2007 and to the ICFL St. Francis Sales Training Center in Italy in 2007 for academic exchanges. He has completed a National Natural Science Foundation project, participated in many academic conferences, and made speeches at the conferences; has published 5 international SCI papers, more than 20 papers in domestic core journals, 1 national invention patent, and 3 national utility model patents.
