Galen GAO

Dr. Galen Gao received his bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine from Shenyang Medical College in 2007, where his classes were taught in English. He received his master’s degree in Surgery from Jinzhou Medical University and completed his residency in Surgery in Jinan Military General Hospital in 2010. In 2014, Dr. Gao joined Beijing United Family Hospital and started his three-year Family Medicine fellowship training program, which he successfully completed in 2017. Before joining Beijing United Family Hospital, Dr. Gao had three years of clinical experience as a Family Medicine physician.

Dr. Gao has many years of clinical experience in Family Medicine and he is adept at providing medical services to both adults and children. His areas of expertise include acute disease care, chronic disease management, preventative care, minor surgery, and other forms of treatment. He also emphasizes evidence-based medicine.

Dr. Gao speaks Mandarin and English.
