Chiropractor, Acupuncturist




Dr. Zhang completed his first medical degree at the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. He completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker College of Chiropractic in Texas.

Dr. Zhang started his professional  career  in 1991 and worked as a resident and staff doctor  at the  Hospital Affiliated with China Rehabilitation Research Center, where is specialized in the  rehabilitation of neurological conditions, such as spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy and stroke. He transferred to the Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1993, studied and practiced in the field of rehabilitation of traumatological and orthopedic conditions.

After completing his chiropractic degree in 1999, Dr. Zhang became a chiropractic doctor and licensed acupuncturist at the Hart Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center in Dallas, Texas. He then started his own private practice called CA  Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Clinic in Dallas. He moved back to Beijing in 2009 and worked as a rehabilitation doctor and chiropractor at International Medical Center-Beijing (IMC). IN 2011, Dr. Zhang joined  Beijing United Family Hospital and developed the  rehabilitation program for the postpartum recovery and breast cancer recover by combining TCM with Western medicine. In 2013, Dr. Zhang transferred back to IMC and became the head of the Department of Integrative Rehabilitation Medicine at IMC. In 2004, he set up the Rehabilitation Department for Vista Medical Clinic. Currently, Dr. Zhang primarily practices physiotherapy, rehabilitation medicine, chiropractic medicine, acupuncture, and TCM.
