Psychological Health Center
The Family Counseling Center at Beijing United Family Hospital and Clinics (BJU) is dedicated to providing you with the necessary tools to improve the quality of your life. Our highly trained, licensed professionals have a broad range of specialties.
We provide consultation, assessment, and treatment to individuals, adults, children, couples, or families. Treatment is available for mood disorders, relationship and parenting issues, loss and bereavement concerns, and educational and developmental needs.
In addition, our center works in the corporate world to help employees maximize their professional and individual development. We offer individual coaching to improve managerial skills. We also consult with companies to develop and maintain Employee Assistance Programs.
We provide expert, professional services in English, Chinese, and Spanish.

Provision of Service
Our staff provides assessment and treatment for the following, including but not limited to:

Distance Counseling Services
The Psychological Health Center (PHC) at Beijing United Family Hospital and Clinics (BJU) wants to reach out to people in need. Our psychological health services are available at all times to all populations of people.
For those who cannot easily visit United Family Healthcare counseling centers in Beijing, our telephone and Web-based (Skype) counseling services are now available to serve you wherever you may be in China. Telephone counseling has been an effective counseling aid since the 1950s (crisis hotlines, informal medical consultations, etc.). Today, the internet provides additional options for distance counseling services.
Our psychologists and psychiatrists are ready to respond to your concerns regarding work, cultural adjustment, loneliness, family relationships, relationships in general, or more deep-seated issues such as depression, anxiety, reactions to trauma, and other mental health concerns. As part of our Distance Counseling service, we are equipped respond to anyone over 16 years of age who speaks either English or Chinese.
Our team of highly qualified mental health professionals will do their best to put you back on track with your work, family, and social life. We are well-trained, invest in ongoing training, have extensive experience, and are licensed to practice in China and in our home countries.
