Dr. Zhou Fang graduated in 1984 from Peking University Medical College (PUMC). He completed his orthopedic training in the U.K. as Senior House Officer and Registrar. He was granted an AO Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship in the U.S. at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Center.
Dr. Zhou specializes in spine surgery and orthopedic trauma. His interests include spine surgery, minimally invasive surgery in fractures, bone healing, and management of osteoporosis. He has published more than 40 scientific papers in national core journals, and he has edited and contributed to more than 10 orthopedic books.
Dr. Zhou is currently a vice president of the Chinese Trauma Rehabilitation Association; a committee member of the Chinese Trauma Association; a committee member of the Chinese Orthopedic Trauma Association; an editor of the Chinese Journal of Orthopedic Trauma; an editor of the Chinese Journal of Trauma; general secretary of the Orthopedic Trauma Care Foundation, China Chapter; and a faculty member of AO Spine and AO Trauma.
