Cai Youhong

In 1990, Dr. Cai studied General Medicine in Nagano-Ken, Japan. In 1999, she studied at the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University Internal Medicine and Emergency Clinic. She has worked in Internal Medicine Departments in public hospitals and at the Beijing Emergency Center more than 20 years. Dr. Cai has worked at the Immigration Clinic of the United Family Jianguomen Clinic for more than ten years.

She previously participated in the Hospital Infection Monitoring System project, which was sponsored by the National Healthcare Ministry. She was also responsible of pilot work in the municipal hospitals. She has been engaged in medical accident identification technology for many years.
