MD, MMed, PhD
Dr. Wang received his medical degree from Norman Bethune Medical College at Jilin University in 1999, and was later awarded a master’s degree in Cardiology in 2006 and a PhD degree in 2011 from Capital Medical University. Dr. Wang completed his residency in cardiology at Beijing Mentougou District Hospital, Capital Medical University in 2002, where he rotated through inpatient and outpatient wards and developed expertise in managing conditions of cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension, dyslipidemia, coronary heart disease, angina, acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, and valvular heart diseases. In 2015, Dr. Wang spent six months working at San Fernando General Hospital in Trinidad and Tobago.
Before joining Beijing United Family Hospital, Dr. Wang served in Beijing Tiantan Hospital as an expert in coronary intervention and temporary and permanent coronary pacing techniques. He is also an associate professor and postgraduate tutor in the cardiology department of Capital Medical University.
Dr. Wang has over 20 years of clinical experience. In addition, he has participated in several scientific research projects, has published several articles in prominent medical journals, is an active editor and reviewer for many medical publications, and is a member of various medical associations.
