Radiology and Imaging
Equipped with state-of-art imaging systems, the Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging of Beijing United Family Hospital and Clinics (BJU) offers a wide range of imaging services, including digital radiography, digital mammography, GI/GU contrast studies, full-body CT scans with and without contrast, and ultrasonography (ultrasound).
The radiology team consists of three full-time physicians, four technicians and two nurses. Service quality is a department priority, and we do our best to ensure patient satisfaction.

New instruments have recently been added to our department:
- CT: Our Dual-Energy CT system provides faster scans with better image quality as well as a complete range of scanning capabilities, enabling coronary artery and cardiac studies.
- MRI: Our in-house MRI service (coming soon) greatly increases our working efficiency.
- Ultrasound: We provide the latest full-service ultrasound capabilities for our OB patients. With our ultrasound scans, parents can see quality images of their babies in the womb and will be guided by highly trained medical professionals.

Imaging Guidance:
- In conjunction with the Department of Surgery, the Department of Medical Imaging provides imaging guidance for the removal of breast lesions with minimally invasive methods.
